Core Work

Convene
We bring people together to create real dialogue around countywide issues. The MendoFutures network meets two times per year as a way to keep individual groups connected to each other, identify new MendoFutures projects and celebrate project successes. We provide administrative support to help MendoFutures projects convene regularly.

Connect
We provide a variety of mechanisms to connect various groups and people in the county. We provide free access to Basecamp, a communications tool, and The Brain, a connection mapping software.

Facilitate
We facilitate community conversations. MendoFutures facilitates biannual convenings and conversations within all MendoFutures projects. MendoFutures sponsored facilitation trainings allow participants to facilitate conversations that create sustainable change within their own organizations.
