We convene, connect and facilitate in order to create interdependence, share resources, eliminate duplication and work toward common goals for sustainability.

MendoFutures Core Work Core Work Convene: We bring people together to create real dialogue around countywide issues. The MendoFutures network meets two times per year as a way to keep individual groups connected to each other, identify new MendoFutures projects and celebrate project successes. We provide administrative support to help MendoFutures projects convene regularly. Connect: We provide a variety of mechanisms to connect various groups and people in the county. We provide free access to Basecamp, a communications tool, and The Brain, a connection mapping software. Facilitate: We facilitate community conversations. MendoFutures facilitates biannual convenings and conversations within all MendoFutures projects. MendoFutures sponsored facilitation trainings allow participants to facilitate conversations that create sustainable change within their own organizations.
